About AAU's Health and Safety Organization and Committees

Aalborg University's Health and Safety Organization (in Danish: AMO) serves as the formal framework for dialogue between management and employees regarding the organizational, social, and physical working environment.

AMO operates at multiple levels, reflecting the university’s division into faculties, departments, and cross-functional units. When the university's structure changes, AMO is adjusted accordingly, and the individuals involved in the organization are regularly updated.
