Process plan

The election process is presented to HAMiU
This occurred at the HAMiU meeting on December 5, 2024.

Distribution of Information to Department Leaders (Level 3)
The Working Environment Section (AMS) sent an email on February 11, 2025. This was followed up with an Update article on February 27, 2025.

The election will be held in weeks 10, 11, and 12
That is, from March 3, 2025, to March 21, 2025. Departments has organized the election themselves during these 3 weeks.

Registration to AMS in week 13
Departments has reported their new local working environment organization to AMS by March 28, 2025. AMS has subsequently sent an email to the selected AMR with practical information, including details about educational opportunities.

The term of office takes effect
This took effect on April 1, 2025. The term of office will end no later than March 31, 2028.

Elections to joint bodies - HAMiU and FSA
This will be carried out as soon as possible after April 1, 2025. 7 AMR representatives need to be elected for HAMiU and 3 AMR representatives for FSA

Compulsory Working Environment Course
So far, 3 cources have been planned:
- May 20 - May 22, 2025
- June 2 - June 4, 2025
- June 24 - June 26, 2025
